This project on the future of university leadership, with special reference to Spain, will investigate the following topics:
- Performance profiles of their functions by the most outstanding universities in Spain and worldwide.
- Leading university profiles and synergies with their settings.
- Evaluation criteria for university teaching, research and knowledge transfer performance that identify leaders.
- The transformation of the mission of universities resulting from the impact of digitalization on teaching, research and knowledge transfer activities.
- Impact of digitalization on the tasks and employment of university students.
- Impact of digitalization on university careers and career transformation consequences for expert accreditation and training criteria.
- Digital scenario horizons for linkages between leading universities and their economic and social settings.
