Public Policy Design and Evaluation
The evaluation of public policies and programs is a relevant practice for the improvement of the management and provision of public services, in accordance with the principles of EU governance.
The Institute has maintained a close relationship with various government bodies on all territorial levels conducting studies on problems of socio-economic interest, and drawing up technical reports and strategic plans for policy evaluation and design. The objective of this line of research is to provide information and objective data that support decision-making by public managers, whether at national, regional or local level. The Institute has developed methodologies that have been applied to each specific case.
