A model of regional growth and productivity: The case study of the Basque Country

This study analyzes the Basque Country as one of the Spanish regions that has shown a distinctive and more favorable level of productivity and competitive performance in comparison to Spain as a whole. The work studies the Basque economy from a long-term and international comparative standpoint, as well as with a broad sectoral detail.
