IvieLAB. The benefits of investing in the Valencian Region

The aim of this study is to develop a report that includes the main features of the Valencian Region’s economy and highlights its attractiveness for foreign investment. The report can be used as a “letter of introduction” for potential investors interested in the Valencian Region, as well as a document to be used in possible “roadshows” for investors.

The document will focus on the Valencian Region as a whole. Thus, the following aspects will be addressed: location and description of the main cities; strategic infrastructures and connectivity; climate; housing costs; quality of life; cultural offers; university system; technological centers; entrepreneurial ecosystem; external openness of the business fabric; hotels and event facilities; unit labor costs; salaries by occupations; health benefits; availability of industrial land and non-residential land prices will be addressed.
