Research Areas

The aim of the project is to measure the representativeness of the two main retail trade federations in the Valencian Community, Unió Gremial and ConfeComerÇ, considering the number of businesses and associations included in each, avoiding duplications, but also analyzing other variables that may be relevant for the sector and for the distribution of public funds among them.
Specifically, the study focuses on measuring the representativeness of each of the federations by counting the number of businesses and associations that each one has in the whole territory of the Valencian Region and their representativeness for each of the provinces.
