As a continuation of previous projects in which Bancaja entrusted the Ivie with drawing up and updating the strategic plans for its Social Work, in 2014 the Bancaja Foundation commissioned the Ivie to revise its 2015-2018 Strategic Plan. The project was structured into the following phases: firstly, a diagnosis of the situation was carried out based on an analysis of the general environment, as well as an internal analysis and interviews with the board members. Secondly, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT analysis) of the Foundation were identified. Finally a proposal was designed for Foundation regarding its mission and vision, with strategic objectives which should be achieved to fulfil its mission along with concrete plans of action.
