Dr Ramos graduated (1988) and obtained a PhD in Psychology (1993) from the Universitat de València where he is currently Professor in Organizational Psychology and Work and he is member of the Research Institute of Personnel Psychology, Organizational Development and Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL). He has attended numerous national and international congresses, and has published over seventy works in national and international journals. He has directed 10 PhD theses and he is co-author of twenty six books and book chapters.
Fields of research: organizational climate and the psychological contract, analysis of managerial work, service quality, occupational stress, employability and psychological well-being, gender equality in organizations.
