Trends in Digital and Green Skills Demand Among New Hires in Spain
The project’s main objective is to describe the implicit skills and competency requirements that Spanish companies include in their contracts for the positions and jobs they seek to fill. A second objective is to identify the skill patterns linked to various business kinds and their effects on business performance, particularly productivity. To achieve both objectives, the basic instrument of the analysis will be the integration of three strong databases to combine information on the labor market (contracts), the business fabric (firms) and the skills required of individuals in different occupations (competencies).
