Economic and fiscal impact of Feria Valencia (Valencia Trade Fair) during 2023 and main characteristics of its exhibitors

The aim of the study is to offer an update of the previous economic impact reports of Feria Valencia carried out by the Ivie, with 2023 data, considering the extended approach that was agreed on in 2020 and was also included in the 2022 report. The study covers the information in two different areas. On the one hand, it includes an estimate of the tax revenue generated by Feria Valencia’s activity and, on the other, the main features of the Valencian firms that participate at the Fair, comparing their economic and financial characteristics with those of other Valencian firms.
As with the three previous editions, the total impact (direct, indirect and induced) of the activity surrounding Feria Valencia is quantified in terms of production (sales), income (GDP) and employment, and additionally, as mentioned above, the fiscal impact.
