Economic impact of REDIT: Technological Institutes of the Valencian Community and its contribution to the development of the productive fabric of the Valencian Community

The proposal has two objectives: first, to assess the economic impact of the activities of REDIT (Technological Institutes of the Valencian Community) in terms of production, income, employment and tax revenues; and secondly, to analyze the perception of the firms that work with REDIT and evaluate the financial benefits of this relationship. To accomplish the first objective, the report proposes to quantify the economic impact of the cost of normal activities carried out in 2022 by the network of technological institutes. In the second objective, given that its results depend on the information to be obtained from the field work (survey to a sample of companies to which REDIT provide services), the analysis will refer to 2022, year of reference of the survey questions.
