Intermediate assessment of the Intelligent Specialization Strategy for Research and Innovation in the Valencian Community (RIS3-CV)

This study aims to perform an intermediate assessment of the RIS3-CV planned for 2019 covering the 2014–2018 implementation period. This assessment must determine to what extent the objectives set have been achieved, identify any necessary measures for improving the current RIS3-CV (review of priorities, proposal of new measures, monitoring of deadlines, etc.) based on a review of the context and initial diagnosis that allows updating the SWOT analysis and, therefore, the assessment on whether the priorities are still valid in a new framework of action.
