Digitalization and human resources: the transformation of professions

The aim of this study is to analyze the role of human resources in the digitalization of companies and institutions, focusing on the transformation of tasks, activities, processes and jobs, and their redefinition. With this in mind, the report will discuss issues raised by the identification and development of digital competencies in the digitization processes of organizations, as well as the role of human resources management and development, and occupational health and safety.
