The Agri-Food Sector in the Spanish region of Castile and León

The objective of this report is to make a comparative diagnosis of the agri-food sector in the Spanish region of Castile and León in the national and regional context, covering the three phases of the sector’s value chain (primary sector, processing and marketing and distribution of food and beverages). In general, the data used will be up to 2022 and, in the case of the analysis of the foreign sector, up to 2023. The three links in the chain are analyzed separately, as well as the overall view of the sector.
