The purpose of this study is to estimate how the establishment of a degree in Technical Telecommunications Engineering specialized in Sound and Image (GITT) at the Vera campus of the Polytechnic University of Valencia would impact the enrolment in the degree in Telecommunications Systems, Sound and Image Engineering (GITSI) that is taught on the Gandia campus of that University. Based on a survey to the students of this degree at the time of their enrolment, it is estimated how many students would not enroll in the Gandia campus to do so at the Vera campus and how many would remain in this degree or in other degrees offered at the Gandia campus. It also estimates the impact that an implementation of a specialized degree program at some of the universities of the city of Valencia would have on the Gandia campus.
