IvieLAB. Economic Impact of the Implementation of the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan (PRTR) in the Valencian Community

The objective of this report is to estimate the economic impact of funds disbursed in the Valencian Community under the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan (PRTR), based on data available up to 31 December 2024. These funds include those allocated by both the national public sector and the regional public sector, the latter encompassing regional and local public bodies. They comprise resources from both the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) and the RePowerEU initiative.

The analysis draws on information from tenders and from grants and subsidies, the two main channels through which these funds are disbursed. To this end, data have been extracted and analyzed from the Public Sector Procurement Platform (for tenders) and the National Grants Database, identifying all calls for proposals associated with the PRTR up to and including December 2024, which constitutes the reference date for this report.
