IvieLAB. Evaluation of Valencian Firms' Participation in the Spanish Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan

The aim of this study is update previous reports that quantified and analyzed the participation of Valencian firms in the funds associated with the Spanish Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), comparing the financing secured up to June 2025 with that obtained by companies from other autonomous communities. The analysis distinguishes between funds received through public procurement and those obtained through grants and public aid, as well as by the level of the awarding public administration (national, regional, or local).

The information provided by the Public Sector Procurement Platform (for procurement procedures) and the National Database of Subsidies has been compiled and analysed, identifying all calls linked to Spain’s PRTR. As a result of this work, two reports have been produced: one covering implementation up to 31 December 2024 and another extending to June 2025.
