The Universitat Politècnica de València is assessing the implementation of a new degree in real estate management and marketing (GDIMD). The purpose of this project is to carry out a feasibility report on the new degree focusing on the real estate sector and if the proposed degree meets the needs and demands of the sector. The report will include two parts 1) sectoral analysis and 2) assessment of the productive fabric.
