The purpose of this study, carried out for the company Tragsatec, is to estimate the economic impact of total expenditure included in the Rural Development Programme (RDP) 2007-2013 in Castile-La Mancha. In particular, the impact in terms of gross value added and employment (full time) is quantified, as well as labor productivity. Input-output methodology is used with the latest available table for Castile-La Mancha in 2006, containing disaggregated information for 62 industries. This report provides estimates of the economic impact of both public and private spending. In both cases, disaggregated estimates are provided for each action as well as for the total RDP. Estimates for the total economy and for the main industries are also included.
