Individual Impact of Active Labor Market Policies Implemented by the Public Employment Service of the Region of Madrid

The aim of this project is to analyze the effectiveness of the employment programs and services implemented by the Region of Madrid from the perspective of the individual benefits obtained by participants, considering both their impact on subsequent labor market integration and on the quality of the employment achieved.
The analysis will examine services and programs both individually and jointly, also paying attention to their possible combinations and to identifying the intervention arrangements that prove most effective.
The study will be carried out by the joint venture formed by AFI, Ksnet, and Ivie, the three organizations that make up Redev.
