Spain's educational system and working environment

In order to evaluate the significance of non-formal education and training throughout one’s working life, this report aims to expand on the traditional view focused on children and young people and formal education by developing an empirical analysis, both qualitative and quantitative, of all educational activities in Spain in the 21st century. It will also explore the growing importance of non-formal education in the twenty-first century, considering its scope and features.
