Economic Impact Study of The Champions Burger in Valencia 2025
This report quantifies the economic impact generated in the Valencian economy by The Champions Burger food festival, held in 2025 at Valencia’s Mestalla Stadium. Unlike many economic impact studies, this analysis considers only additional expenditure, that is, spending that would not have occurred in the absence of the event.
The assessment takes into account three sources of economic impact: expenditure on the organization of the event, spending by participating food trucks to carry out their activities at the venue, and the additional spending made by attendees outside the event site. The estimates are based on primary information provided by both the event organizers and the participating restaurants and apply the input-output methodology using the Input-Output Table of the Region of Valencia.
