The Spanish university governing system

The purpose of this report is to build a diagnosis of the Spanish university governing system, based on existing documentation and the professional experience of the Authors. Throughout the report the strengths and weaknesses of the Spanish university are identified and on the basis of this analysis, opportunities and threats are also examined, among other issues.
