Talent Recruitment and Digital Transformation: Aligning Training with the Demand for Skilled Labor in a Global Scenario
The Valencian Innovation Agency (AVI) (IVACE+i Innovation) has awarded a grant to Ivie to support the strengthening and development of the Valencian Innovation System with the aim of improving the production model, specifically in the “Talent Promotion” program, within the line of action “Business Doctoral Students (Innodocto)”, as established in the regulatory framework governing AVI grants.
The purpose of this grant is to promote the training of doctoral students in companies, encouraging them to acquire the skills necessary to develop R&D projects in business environments and thus increase the degree of technical expertise and innovative capacity of company staff. It also seeks to encourage the awarding of the Industrial mention in doctoral degrees in accordance with the criteria established in Article 15bis of Royal Decree 99/2011, of January 28, which regulates official doctoral studies.
This action is co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Program of the Valencian Community 2021-2027.
