Ángel Soler Guillén

Ángel Soler Guillén graduated in Economics and Business Administration from the Universitat de València (1996), he holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Economics (2012) and a Ph.D. in Economics (2018) from the Universitat de València. He worked as a research technician at the Ivie from 1996 to 2019 and is currently assistant professor at the Department of Applied Economics at the Universitat de València. He has collaborated in international projects funded by the European Union, such as, EUKLEMS and SPINTAN, and has dedicated an important part of his professional career to the design and construction of the Human Development Index (HDI) for Spanish regions.
Fields of research: economics of education, human capital, human development and the labor market
