Alessio Di Gennaro
Master's Degree in Economic Analysis (Universitat de València)
Graduate in Economics from the University of Valencia (2024), he is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Economic Analysis at the same university. During the 2023–2024 academic year, he worked as a research intern in the Department of Economic Analysis at the University of Valencia. He received the Award for Best Undergraduate Thesis from the Spanish Economic Association (2024), the Extraordinary Award in Economics (2023–2024), and the Best Academic Record Award in the Economics Degree program (2023–2024).
Between 2024 and 2025, he obtained a research scholarship at the Independent Authority for Fiscal Responsibility (AIReF), where he worked on econometric models for forecasting public revenues and expenditures, and participated in projects measuring the fiscal impact of immigration.
He completed an internship at the Ivie and joined its technical team in September 2025 . He has since contributed to projects such as Digital Economy and Measurement of Regional Economic Interrelations (Valencia–Aragon).
Fields of research: environmental economics, digitalization, economic forecasting models, immigration.
