The aim of this project is to quantify and analyze the share of Next Generation EU (NGEU) funds whose beneficiaries are firms, with a particular focus on Valencian companies. The analysis covers companies that have been awarded public procurement contracts and those that have received grants and public aid, providing an overall assessment of the full implementation period of the funds up to June 2026. In this way, the study quantifies the participation of Valencian firms in NGEU funds, comparing the funding they have secured with that obtained by firms in other autonomous communities.
The analysis distinguishes between funds received through public procurement contracts and those obtained through grants and public aid, as well as by the level of the awarding public authority: central, regional, or local government.
