IvieLAB. Economic Assessment of the Impact of the DANA on the Turnover of Firms and Self-Employed Workers in the Affected Towns

The study also analyzes the differential impact of the DANA according to firm size, as separate information is available for large companies, those with turnover exceeding €6 million, and for the remaining firms. Of particular interest is the analysis by groups of municipalities, and individually for each municipality, classified according to the level of emergency, ground zero, and l’Horta Sud.

The information provided by the Spanish Tax Agency makes it possible to quantify the impact of the DANA by sector of activity. In addition, the report will examine furlough schemes, with data available up to four digits of the CNAE classification, combining this information with other sources on employment characteristics and economic activity in the affected areas.
