The Community of Madrid, through the Regional Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Affairs, has assigned the study of the ex-post evaluation of its public policies in the field of childhood and adolescence to the joint venture formed by Ksnet, AFI, Ivie and Daleph. The objective of this work, which arose through the collaboration of the companies integrated in the Network for Good Practices in Evaluation (REDEV), is to analyze the preventive and protective actions implemented by the government of Madrid for children and adolescents at social risk during the past 5 years in order to assess their results and to be able to make proposals for improvement.
