Enhancing trust

21/05/10.- According to the Faculty Director of the Center of Leadership and Ethics at Duke University Sim Sitkin, leadership, trust and control systems play a role in confronting changes effectively. In this video he explains the differences between trust and distrust and how the combination of formal and informal control can be used to enhance trust. Sitkin also describes the necessary conditions for preparing leaders in the future.
